February is quite the month here at Cult Sirens, as no less than seven guests celebrates their birthdays. Today the amazing Kelly Hu reaches the big 4-0 and she still looks approximately fifteen years younger. She has a trio of thrillers coming out this year, with titles like Stiletto, Farmhouse and The Tournament. So keep your eyes open!

And what can I tell you about sexy fitness models? That they easily display impeccable suntans and seem quite healthy? These gals are often quite a sight to behold and are sometimes more impressive to witness than buffed-up bodybuilder personalities. Well, you make your own choice. One of my favorite English beauties turned 82 today. Hazel Court has been in many classic horror films that are still a joy to see today.

The first movie that ever gave me an erotic thrill (even when just seeing its trailer on television in the early 70s!) remains Les pétroleuses, a titanic meeting between two of Europe’s biggest sex-symbols: Brigitte Bardot and Claudia Cardinale. Mainly known as a more or less dumb comedy, its most memorable scene is the slugfest in an oil filed between BB and CC. Oddly, this film doesn’t seem to exist yet as a Region 1 DVD.

As for this poster, well I just adore seeing these two sexy stars posing in typical masculine western clothing while still remaining gorgeous.

This eternal pin-up is turning 75 or 77 today (or is it another number?). One of Hollywood’s longest living and still active sex symbol, Mamie is still showing her stuff on her website, persevering in the creation of more nude material. Let’s not forget that she’s still one of the very first female performer to belt out a rock song in the late fifties! Watch out for her role in 1958’s Teacher’s Pet as nightclub singer Peggy DeFore who sings “The Girl Who Invented Rock and Roll” to a mixed-up Clark Gable!
